Based on a 19th Century bench in the Louis XVI style, the Chelsea Bench features a rectangular, padded top with close-nailed, buttoned upholstery above a painted, pierced frieze of oak leaves and acorns, centered by a cabochon. The patera-headed, fluted legs are wreathed by acanthus leaves and taper down to toupie feet.
